It is not advice
Everything here is a general argument about product and growth, written without knowledge of your company, your data, or your constraints. It is not professional, legal, or financial advice, and no reader relationship is created by reading it. Figures quoted from other people's research are attributed and linked so you can check them yourself. Illustrative models, including the funnel on the homepage, use typical rates rather than benchmarks and are there to show how the arithmetic behaves, not to predict your results.

The services page describes the kinds of engagement I take on. It is a description, not an offer, and nothing on it forms a contract. Any actual engagement runs on its own written agreement covering scope, fees, and confidentiality.
